Max Mara has been manufacturing classtastic women's clothing for years under several different labels. The aptly named "Sportmax" is the Max Mara sportsclothes line, which means these are clothes we should be able to wear frequently. Would you wear the strangely folded contraption above right? Me neither.
Other designs presented at Milan Fashion Week, however, were far more interesting. Sportmax showed several loose-fitting blazers that emanated casual chic. Skirts were often high-waisted but not unflattering, as they did not fit tightly around the belly region (a saddening trend among other designers).
